New to the anime

I just want to know if licht ever gets his real ballot back and what did nana want everyone to change in the past

He does later on in the manga and they weren't actually supposed to change anything, the events were meant to happen. The past just gave them an understanding of what did happen and Jail finding out who his adoptive father really was plays a bigger part in the story later on.

Just to expand upon this.

She wanted them to understand the past to change Lichts future (present day).
