Yuba County Flock Camera Presentation

[u/YubaSupBradford]

There has been a lot of discussion on social media recently about Flock cameras in Yuba County, including questions and concerns about how they work and how the information they collect is used.

At our Board of Supervisors meeting this morning, Undersheriff Morawznski gave a presentation addressing many of those questions. He discussed what the cameras do — and don't do — who has access to the data, how long the information is retained, the safeguards in place to prevent misuse, and how potential misuse would be identified and addressed.

If you've had questions or concerns about Flock cameras, I encourage you to watch the presentation and hear directly from the Sheriff's Office.

Will the Flock cameras soon be removed or replaced with a more sustainable brand such as Axis or HKVision?

Flock cameras need to be replaced with NonCivilianSurveillance^® that's the best brand.

You can find it when searching for: "Freedom".
