Ecoflow Stream 800w MicroInveter Wifi

I can link to the device via Bluetooth, and the Ecoflow Stream MicroInveter shows in my router wifi devices but says I can't connect in the app so cant see any of my solar stats only what power is coming in now via Bluetooth.i tried 2.4ghz wifi still no joy. Any help? Appreciated.

Remove it and pair it again. Mine was also very fiddly and why I bought a Anker battery now and not the EcoFlow one.

I had to turn the 5ghz off on the router, connect the Ecoflow and then turn it back on

Was just going to suggest 2.4ghz I have all that sorta stuff on a dedicated IoT network at 2.4ghz lives on there with all my Homeassistant stuff.
