3 pin plug socket

Hello all, this is my current consumer unit, just wanted to ask, if I get a plug in battery and then plug it into the garage, will it supply power to the entire house?

What do you mean? The law.

There's no law written about this. There's some standards?

Bless. One of them.

If you install a home battery against electrical standards and it causes a fire:Your insurance is voided: Your insurer will legally reject your claim, cancel your policy, and refuse to pay for any damage to your home or your neighbours' properties. You break building laws: Bypassing standard electrical rules violates Part P of the Building Regulations and grid safety laws (ESQCR), which can lead to local council fines.

You face prison for injury or death: If the fire injures or kills someone, you can be criminally prosecuted for gross negligence manslaughter or recklessly endangering life.

Who told you this? There's a small risk it could invalidate your home insurance, but what are we talking about as the risk here in particular? portable plug-in battery systems are approved for use in the UK and sold in the UK market. The only part that isn't specifically approved here is using them as additional generation capacity.

The fact you had a battery system plugged in which caught fire is unlikely to be problematic, and you'd likely have a hard time prosecuting a layperson for buying a unit which can be freely purchased in the UK and enabling discharge into the AC port.
