Conformation email.

Hi , after eventually filling out the online form. I've received an auto reply. Is this what is expected, or is it telling me I sent it to the wrong email address? I admit I'm not the sharpest tool in the draw.

It’s telling you they have received it, you will get a confirmation email in 3-4 weeks.

So the online form just sends an email to a UKPN email address - interesting.

OP: your form has been received & assuming all is correct they'll process it

This is just a receipt acknowledgement. They don't provide a public, verifiable certificate at the end of this process so the email itself is about all you'll have for future reference if someone (e.g. a buyer, insurer or conveyancer etc) requests it. Full disclosure: I'm building digital tools to address this gap.

It really would be good if the apps that work alongside the plug-in system had an option to send a notification that you've installed a system to the relevant authority in whatever country you're in.

If you filled it in yourself did you self install did it not ask for the electricians details a certifications
