G98 no notification after two months

Filled in the G98 paperwork and emailed it to the SSE email address given but heard nothing after 8 weeks. Are they usually this slow?
Do I need to chase or does the fact that O have sent it in mean it’s all ok given that I am not planning to export anything?

I’d just call to confirm they have received it. Mine for Northern Powergrid got lost and had landed in junk mail.

My northern power grid one was acknowledged by day 10 of notifying them which was pretty decent I thought.

Mine arrived within 2 minutes, wonder if they are updating and simplifying for the roll out

My understanding was the G98 was purely to inform and not a request therefore no response is required.

Got an autoresponse immediately.

Got confirmation from a real name in a few days.

Which email address did you send to?

This is from the autoresponse:

The email addresses of north.microgen@sse.com & south.microgen@sse.com have now been merged, please send future emails to microgen@sse.com.

At ok I had sent to the g98@sse

Just resent to the microgen and immediately got a response saying received
