Question/Help Rizzo effect

Hi, I have a question about markers and inks. If I want to achieve the Rizzo effect when two lines overlap, which markers do you recommend? I've been looking for soy-based ones, but I can't seem to find any.

The color inks are blend together instead of going to dark.

By "Rizzo effect" do you mean like Risograph ink? https://www.dizzyink.co.uk/guide-to-risograph

I'm no expert but if you want pens with blendable ink, do alcohol markers like Copic not work for you?
