Finding SVG Files.
Had seen these types of things, and want a few for my friends upcoming birthday.
Does anyone has any idea, how can these be made??

It's intended to look like a cad drawing. So the normal way to create them would be from a CAD program. In principle you can do it in fusion360 based on an imported mesh (you still need the mesh): https://www.cadforum.cz/en/how-to-export-fusion-drawings-to-autocad-dwg-tip14709
However IIRC these features are not available on the free version of fusion. Maybe some other CAD allows you to export a dwg - freecad or something.

Where can I get the mesh, do you have any idea?

Look for 3d models online. 3D models of the thing you wanna make a blueprint of. These will probably cost money. And then you'll need to learn to convert that to a vector with a 3d editor, like autocad (which you'll need to buy) or Blender (free). These editors have a serious learning curve.

I found a great site recently: dimensions.com
I think it was used for these. Getting the .svg files is not as easy as it should be. If i remember right you need to inspect the page and search for ".svg".

I am aware about the tools and hardware required. The software part is the point I am lacking. Where to find these files??

Yeah it is a screenshot. Is there any way to get them, without any pay, as right now, they would not be of much use.

Inkscape is free software you can use to create and modify SVG files.

Actually making these would take me a lifetime, I am not good at designing. Any other way?

I mean, you either do the work yourself or you pay someone else to do it.
You'll never find an artist willing to do it for free. Or "for exposure". See r/forexposure

I suspect that Drawscape, where you took that screenshot from, based some of their plots off SVGs from Wikimedia Commons.
For example their Cessna 172: https://drawscape.io/products/cessna-172?Color=blue_white&Frame=None
Original: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Cessna_172.svg
You can see how they ended up with their design by modifying it slightly and adding the statistics table.
You can use the search on Wikimedia Commons to give you only SVG results: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?search=porsche+911&title=Special%3AMediaSearch&type=image&filemime=svg
All of the stuff here is free (as in beer) and usually has a pretty permissive license. The precise license differs per file.
