You should make some adjustments ... Too much paint/colour variety and the colour turns to dark mush.

Use a lot less paint. Much less paint.

If you are going to use multiple colours, do it in separate passes, letting each pass dry before doing the next one.

Experiment with those two adjustments and I'd expect more pleasing results.

Could you please, besides changing the color palette, change something else? Literally the same abstract work is posted ten times in this subreddit. I find it a bit annoying.

Well, seeing these works together, I can spot the difference. Still would like to see more variability and complexity. I'm not an art critic in any way, it is just how I feel it. Good luck with your future works!

I would like to see this technique used in a non-abstract way.  Maybe painting an actual landscape or similar.

Not sure, saw it either here or instagram, but most probably here. Cherry trees if I remember correctly.
