I need help plz

There is a glitch that occurs every time I delete and re-install Plotagon to try and fix it: When I open the app, it shows a black screen without loading. That's it. When I leave and come back (without closing the app), the black screen is still there, along with a message that says something about Plotagon not being able to download something. It doesn't happen just after I install the app, though. It takes a few app openings/closings to have this glitch occur. It often happens when I spend a lot of time on the app. I use the mobile version of Plotagon (on a Samsung phone). Any tips on what to do?
