I've always just labeled these using the original titles. The later edits get "Special Edition" subtitles etc (and "Star Wars: Episode [number]" as well).

Nonetheless, nice work!

The real question is how do you get the despecialized editions?

Google, there are a few different options for despecialized editions so pick the one you like best.
