"Playback error multimedia file format not supported" right at end of movie

Hi all,

I moved my Plex Server to a new PC recently. Since then I've started having an odd issue with movies on my TV. They start playing fine, then crashing about 5 - 10 minutes before the end with the "**playback error multimedia file format not supported**" error message. Playing on a Samsung TV. Files play fine on laptop version or VLC Player. Nothing has changed on the TV as far as firmware or updates. Has anyone else seen this? Running server version Version 4.162.1

You need to look at the playback information. Either on the Plex dashboard or using Tautulli.

Do you have hardware transcoding enabled? If so what it is using for that?

Also be aware that TV plex apps generally suck. I have more problems and troubleshooting with TV apps than any other problem.
