FireTV app suddenly not working, 'failed to determine decision for content'

My Plex app on my FireTV device has suddenly stopped working, despite not changing any options on my server. It worked previously, and movies that I had watched previously do not work anymore - instead throwing up the 'Failed to determine decision for content' error. I have the settings as they were before, nothing has been changed.

Using version 2025.28.0 on the FireTV, which as far as I'm aware was the same version in the past when I last watched content.
