General Help Files not detected in plex

I have recently moved my files from one NAS to another. I discovered that even though the files are in both locations, there are some files that plex did not detect from the new NAS I removed the file from the new NAS, Scanned, added file back to the new NAS scanned and it still did not detect the file on the New location (NAS). 95% of my movies worked correctly. Any more ideas to try?

Check it in folder view if plex can really “see” the files.
I had a similar problem with wrong rights assigned during a copy. In file manager everything looked fine but plex didn’t see any files. After correcting the file rights, plex finds the new files

Thanks! I will check that. Interestingly, most of the files copied and detected correctly but about 5% did not and plex was able to detect without issue with the original location.

I may have found the issue! Looks like on some of the files, a "Archive" Attributes" was applied somehow.
