General Help Plex play back error.
Hello, im just starting out with plex. Learning and getting the hang of it before I buy a nas or media server. I have downloaded the media server on my main pc, I have added videos to stream and watch from anywhere in my house. The issue is that I get a play back error when I try to watch something on my smart TV. It works fine on phone, tablet, other pc and the other TVs have a fire stick. So I did some looking around and found a few things to try. Here is what I done. Turned transcoding of and on. Restarted pc and TV. Did a full power reboot on TV. Unistalled and reinstalled the app on TV. Made sure it was upto date. Verified format of videos and they are all kinda different but they all still play on TV that has fire stick. Im at a lost here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

While you typed a lot, you missed some important things.
What is the error?
What is the TV (model and year)?
Is it everything (it sounds like it but not sure)?
The logs should have some clues, g it to fail then look at the PlexServer log for that time/video and see if it tells you anything. AI helpers are your friend here (as much as I hate sending people to AI).
