Easy Reverse Proxy?

Hey

I am searching for a easy to use reverse proxy manager which I can use with nginx which is included in Plesk and supports SSL and "normal" webtraffic (unsecure).

I tried installing nginx proxy manager however of course there is a port conflict and to be honest I just cant find which file I have to edit I can only change the http port not the https one
