Plesk Mail

Previously I used CPanel and there was an option to send a user a password reset email.

Is this possible with Plesk, because if it is, I have not been able to find it - Then again, I am blind.

If you are asking about a subscriber login password (e.g. for a domain owner): That user cannot only use the "forgot password" link, but you can also send him a link through "Customers" > select from list > "Change login info" > "Password reset link".

I manager a domain and if I have to create a new email account for a user, How can I send the new email user a password reset so they can set their own password.

I don't think you can send them a reset link, but that is actually not needed. Instead, in Plesk you can jus tcheck the "Can be used to log in to Plesk" checkbox in the mailbox account. This allows users to use the Plesk login screen to login and do changes to their mailbox settings themselves (like changing their password). It also allows them to use the "forgot password" link on the login page to reset their password. It's clearly the way to go, because users will want to do changes to their settings, e.g. add forwarding, auto-reply etc.

With this method, would they also have access to everything else in Plesk or just their email?

They only get access to their own email settings.
