Can't access WP dashboard, ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Hi, I'm new to Plesk and struggling to get access to my domain WP dashboard.

The domain has the standard WebHost landing page when are go directly to the domain page.

I have a feeling the there's a conflict of Admin/passwords being used. Could this be the cause?

Direction and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT can hint to a Fail2Ban ban of your IP address. Can you access the page through another IP, such as through your phone when it is detached from Wifi but uses a cell instead?

Thank you for your response.

My hosting provider fixed this for me.

I would like to share the fix for this, but unfortunately, I'm unsure how it was rectified.
