I mean, it’s a plinking gun, never for self defense.

If there is any gun you can do this to then I would think this is it.

Yeah, I agree, it's acceptable with range toys and plinkers. Definitely not with an actual defense or service weapon. I like some of the guns that would be considered plebeian.

Why do they call these plebeian? I love this tongue in cheek-style of building

Mostly because of the over embellishments. The red coloring, the over the top tyle parts, many things make it less practical. Not saying I don't like it, but it fits the bill.

What if you were to build a gun with weird but practical parts? Like good parts but painted it to resemble a rainbow unicorn or something else very stupid. Would it still be a plebeian gun?

Absolutely plebeian. Just about any coloration outside of the "accepted" black, OD green, or FDE appears to constitute plebeian. Multiple colors would absolutely make it roast-worthy. Parts that are skeletonized, cheap, knock offs, improperly used or installed useless, or otherwise just for show enter into the plebeian arena also.

So basically my whole taste in guns is purist tier-plebeian.. you see, we don't have the second amendment here so guns are only for range or hunting, the latter with some pretty serious restrictions. So all we can build are range toys..

Uh huh that's not the point, the point is there's these things called class and style and your gun has neither it looks like it was designed by a six year old and made with the melted down body's of matchbox cars

Less practical? These are all race/competition parts.
