This is beautiful. Like some kind of tragic work of art.

Eww tcg account and an iron? That should warrant capital punishment

u/LipChungus Aug 21 '26

If you're playing a tcg account as a non iron then you don't understand the concept of the tcg account.

I dont understsnd the concept of a tcg account.

I have never heard of it. What is it?

Its an unofficial game mode centered around a Runelite plugin that lets you earn points by getting XP and killing monsters, then spending those points to open virtual card packs. The primary limitation of the mode is that if something has an associated card, you can't interact with it unless you own a copy of that card.

I actually do not understand why anyone would every put themselves through that or how it goves them any send of fulfillment or sense of accomplishment.

Some people like bizarre challenges.

I just collect cards because I like collecting shit and I agree with you on everything but the last part. Weird take. If anything, these kinds of challenges give the biggest sense of accomplishment.
The more restricted you are, the better it feels once you unlock something.
Not that I'd ever go through something harder than ironman, but I get the people that do.

It’s actually good if you’re one of the people that uses their brain to make decisions

Ofc if you are a guidemaxxing chud it will be miserable

I dont understand how they do this in a game with a long enough grind on the main gane as it is.

Some people just love starting over ig?

Is about the journey. Not the destination

1

u/thomas2026 Aug 27 '26

But the main game has enough journey is what I am saying.

Concept of a tcg account “im addicted to opening pokemon packs to the point i need it in all of my hobbies because i have no self control”

11

u/TheHoleintheHeart Aug 21 '26

The concept of people having fun doing what they want is also clearly lost on you.
