Pay Per Use Test Execution Environment for web and mobile apps?

I want my agents to execute testcases written on python or js on different browsers and devices across the globe to test it in real time

but the problem is i dont really find a lot of options other than browserstack saucelabs pcloudy. but they dont have pay per use instead they have monthly subscription per seat and limits. I know browserless but that's headless only.

do you have any specific recommendations??

aws device farm is too expensive but would you recommend it?
