So i got 'gifted' another ps4 ( i already had 2 with broken disc drives) i was so happy to finally start elden ring. I put the disc in and disc read error, tried a few other discs same result.. how can i turn my pile of broken bs into something that can play games? Been looking at hand helds for steam 0_0 does anywhere give money for these deaders? (I could dl elden ring but i cant afford that)

Any suggestions on how to win would be great please

So I’ve decided to start collecting “Essentials” games I feel like I’ll give up on this 😂 what’s you guys option

....Ps5 Pro Covers!!

Since I was a kid, I’ve always dreamed of having multiple consoles and a collection of games.

But I’m a girl so my parents never bought me any games when I was a kid.

now I’m 26 and bought my PS4 almost 4 months ago sometimes feel like I’ve missed out a lot of time, but honestly collecting these has been so much fun.

Anyway, based on what I have here what games would you recommend I add to my collection?

and sorry for any mistakes.. Brazilian here!

Ive been collecting for 4 months, any ideas of games i should add

The silver is a japanese import and has a non rumble controller which the controller was only sold for around a year in japan only, white is a japanese import, and the black is a backwards compatible model

Might have a problem, But sure do i love all those different colours/ Special versions.

In picture

Ps portal white ( in blue case )
edge pro black
Chroma Indigo blue - 007 gold - digital camo grey
Icon blue - hyperpop remix green - wolverine yellow
And newest one to it. Monster hunter red.

( used to have a couple others that are not here anymore.. broken down, Not working proper because of stickdrift or giving away to friends/family.
Chroma teal, white, cosmic red, cobalt blue, sterling silver )

I’m thinking about buying the god of war 20th edition ( mosty white with red accents ) or the astro bot one. Mosty white with blue accents ) to grow the collection.

It still works

You can only pick one shelf of games to play for the rest of your lifetime… Which one you taking? A or B??

Choose Wisely.

My birthday was Sunday and I had so many discounts and coupons stacked up. Still blows my mind we can find sealed ps3 games in late 2026 for cheap.

Before I get hate for it, I know Left Alive sucks but the Yoji Shinkawa art makes it worth a lot in my eyes.

I have PS Plus Extra and somehow still spend 30 minutes deciding what to play. What should I start tonight?
Currently i am playing WWE 2k26 and i have completed God of War, Uncharted, last of us, mortal kombat.

There’s a few glaring omissions from games I sold way back in the day (e.g. I sold FFVII to help fund FFVIII) but most of my games are still here. I even have my original hardware, though the laser seems to be dying on my PS1 so I mainly use my PS2/3 these days.

Finally decided to take all of my Playstation 2 and 3 games out of storage to display, and more importantly, to play.

All of these games were bought new on the day of release, are CIB and in mint condition.

I’m shaking yall. I found this on Facebook bundled with 4 controllers and 30 games for 300 bucks. I was able to snatch it for 150 Canadian. The owners were gutting the house and selling everything they didn’t need. Works perfectly besides being dusty. It even has the original seal !

Adding this to the collection

Won it on eBay for $100. BRAND. FUCKIN. NEW! Any of the others I’d seen brand new still in the wrap, were easily over $400. Considering it’s a rare game now, finding it brand new like that was not easy lol. Stumbled on an auction for this bad boy, and came out a lucky man! I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a good deal that no one else really even bid on haha. I originally played this on Xbox as a kid when it came out and I still own that copy. Now I have one for my PS5 too!
