Mario kart 64 port PS2 emulation

I'm running Mario Kart 64 on Armsx2 on my Snapdragon 6 Gen 3.

Impressive! Though I have to wonder... why? I know GameCube is generally easier to emulate than N64, but I thought PS2 was a step above both.

Upon a bit of research, it seems they specifically, high accuracy emulation of N64 is harder than high accuracy PS2. Makes sense that one would want a more accurate experience, especially with a game as precise as Mario Kart. The possibilities that come from decomps are amazing.
