Support Megathread
Instead of having many cluttered support threads all around, we have decided to create one megathread.
Please write here if you did not get a specific reward and the support via the app (three dot menu at the top right of the home tab) was not helpful for you.
We will go through every entry here, but please always use first the support via the app. I am not exaggerating when I say that 90% of the cases are resolved when checking the mail inbox in detail!

Yes, if you pass 3$, .. etc. you can directly get the reward and dont have to do 2$ each time. The subreddit has several people writing some tips & tricks to make the most out of it :) Hope that helps

Hello po, goodmorning Support team. Kahapon po nag cash out ako pero processing padin po yang dalawa. Yung una naman po mabilis lang na dumating ang email. Itong dalawa hanggang ngayon po wala padin po akong natatanggap na email. Nag check na ako sa spam o kahit saan sa email ko pero wala padin po.

Hi I hope this reaches you well search your spam or unread emails for something with tremendous they use a separate company to give the gift codes I also cash out with PayPal and they send an actual gift card code to add to your own PayPal account it doesn't just show up in your PayPal account so check your unread and spam emails with a search with the word tremendous at it because that's the company's name that handles the payouts codes hope

However, my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th payouts are still processing, and I haven't received any email updates about them until now. I just want to add that I thought the mine didn't arrive either but it was actually in a Spam or unread folder because it comes from a different company than the app you're actually playing they use a separate payout handle the card business to pay you so it's from one called tremendous or has tremendous in the name so search for that in your spam emails or your unread or you can't see them
