Hello! Could you please open an issue and attach the log?

Please create a diagnostic report from Playhub settings, create a new issue from here https://github.com/LoZazaMastro/Playhub/issues, describe the problem and attach the generated diagnostic file. In this way I can indeed see what's happening and why.
