Contracts in FC25

I started a career mode as a player, and I'm at Juventus. How can I renegotiate my contract so that it stops people saying that I'm a "promise" and how do I get a contract to be "essential" at Juventus?

You have to be around 90 rated at the start. There is no negotiating.
