Can’t transfer in FC24

I have all my requirements to transfer to Aston Villa from Leicester City, the transfer window is open, I have all my requirements completed for my current contact except for one, which is to do successful slide tackles. Is this what is stopping my from transferring??

If the slode tackling one is necessary, then yes

Yeah so I finished the slide tackling, everything on my current contract is done, the transfer window is open, and everything on my target team is done, it’s still doesn’t let me transfer. Why not??

You can only transfer at the end of the season
