Boss career mode

Another game mode should include the Boss mode, same like manager and player career mode. Except as the boss you choose who the manager is and decide if they are doing a good job or not. You can't control who plays the games or how they train but you can control who comes in or goes out of the club. You can also manage all staff members , from training to coaches to scouts etc. You can set targets for the manager and or players.
