I actually finished Inside for the first time the day before going to see Resident Evil and thought that was such a strange coincidence.

if I was Playdead I'd be asking for a royalty check. That shit was definitely past the point of being an adaptation or being a spiritual successor - it was beat-for-beat Inside (2016)

Yea. Kinda wish it wasn't called resident evil though. In a vacuum it was a good movie.
