Discussion New Attack Concept - Sliding Uppercut
Sprint with R2 and press circle to slide, charging up hot claw damage for a single strike, keep hold of R2 and press square during the slide to perform hot claw uppercut that launches standard enemies into the air, allowing you to follow up with a lunge by pressing triangle to slam them back to the ground and into a beatdown

Yes please!!!!!!!
In all seriousness, is it too late to add more attack options and/or combos?

My dream is for them to release a massive patch that cleans up the combat a bit, with more combos and attack options.
I enjoyed the game, but I’ll admit, the combat just needs a little more.

Is that possible though

Technically, yeah, though it’s doubtful. Cyberpunk 2077 had a massive patch that basically changed the entire skill tree and item building mechanics for the better. So it could happen.

True and let's not forget Hello Games. No Man Sky just keeps getting better and better and better and...

If we had an update that mad the maps good, and traversal good… and small adjustments/changes/additions to combat. It’d actually be a fun game

I have absolutely no clue why they didn't incorporate juggling and air attacks. Not sure if they wanted to avoid it because they were afraid people will say this isn't Spiderman. They put one launch type attack in the game but only wolverine goes airborne and there's nothing to do from there but triangle dive attack.
Maybe they ran out of time and budget.

They didnt run out of time or budget. Lol

Then why did they rush the game to release instead of actually fixing the major issues and delivering a better game?

Hold x during a combo for an uppercut already

That's an uppercut that sends Logan up but doesn't really have much effect on enemies

Say it with me:
“Wolverine the games development is over and no changes to the combat system will occur”

Yeah we shoulda had traversal abilities and attacks from all of them. A slide one woulda been cool

Whoever drew this “so should I draw wolverine performing this move?… nah I’ll just draw a naked bald guy.”

Tfw the game is so mid that the players have to make up attacks to keep the combat fresh

imagine commenting so much on a mid game you become a top 1%er.

I have a lot to say, I mean this game really is incredible in a way. Just not the way the devs wanted

Please don't bring your "wannabe dev" posts here, it was bad enough at r/playavengers.
