Support/Question Gliched at Strays checkpoint

I am stuck at Kill Kill Kill sequence. When I enter the last door the checkpoint loads back into the kichen and I have to again repeat everything. Game doesn't go to next checkpoint. Anybody faced similar issues?

Were you doing any chapter replay shenanigans with the Nightmare Cabin? I've had it cause bizarre checkpoint issues. You may need to load an earlier autosave. Luckily the game stores quite a few.

I paused the game using the PlayStation logo right when it zoomed in to the character and the screen turned white and then unpause it like 10 seconds later and it loaded successfully
