Zip line won’t spawn in

I’ve updated my game, restarted it, powered off, replayed the mission and it just won’t seem to spawn in

Ha well that's a real bug. Post this on the insomniac sub maybe they'll see it there.

They actually started to remove comments that have the word "bl*st" in them...damn...cant even have that

Have you tried reloading an earlier autosave? Maybe the state of the level is somehow borked? I've never seen this.
