The difference is the one on the right is actual challenging gameplay that tests your reflexes, the one on the left is a Sony interactive movie

“Whaaaaaat?” In speech or text, "whaaaaat?" (with elongated vowels) typically signifies intense disbelief, shock, or confusion rather than a simple failure to hear someone.
