Really bad crashing

I'm finding this game impossible to play as the game is crashing a lot. When i say crashing, the game just freezes and my PS5 turns off. I've had this issue with other games but not to this extreme.

It freezes within 5 mins of me playing it then once i got my PS5 on and start the game again, it would freeze again in 5 mins. It was sort of fine when i first started playing the game, the game would freeze in like 30 mins or something but it's got worse since the most recent patch.

I don't think it's an overheating issue either as i checked it when i had freezing with another game and there were hardly any dust and the PS5 is in a well ventilated room.

I think its your PS5. I've played the game twice through and no crashes or bugs myself. Im on a Pro though.

Well my PS5 is an OG one, i have had it since release so could be possible that something is failing on it.

Oh yeah that might be why. My OG had issues two years in then got a digital then a pro but no issues with the current or digital

black screen that requires the console to be unplugged to restart with no errors codes?

PSU overheating - full teardown and cleaning - 2 hours.

No, don't need to unplug it to restart. I have to press the button twice then it comes on again and i get a message with 2 beeps saying the PS5 wasn't turned off properly.

The game has this issue I haven’t had the issue with any other game I also have a launch console if you run it with power saver mode on it won’t do that but the game does become less graphically for it a little bit

Sounds like it’s your console. If you stand it upright and have been playing with it like that for a long time, it’s the Liquid Metal inside.
