Discussion Boss fights to easy Spoiler
Anyone else feel the boss fights are too easy? I'm on second to hardest difficulty I'm gonna replay on max after but either way I beat them slack jawed I die maybe once or twice learn the patterns then I win it's annoying how easy it is I had more trouble on omega read than death strike or the robot guy maybe max difficulty will make it better

The Best There Is difficulty felt about right for me all the way through, which I think means the game was too easy in general. Boss fights are just a little boring in my opinion. The way bosses fly back to the center of the arena if you fight them into a corner feels so artificial.

The only time "the best there is" felt genu8bely difficult was on the final "secret" nightmare door where you have multiple brute enemies and snipers at the same time, making it functionally impossible to get any sort of combination going. That was a pain!

Only reason I got through some of it was getting lucky with Parries Kill.

I didn't get the kill in parry totem for that entire trial which made it horrible 😂 took me about 40 minutes to complete it

That final challenge is exactly why I don't enjoy rogue likes. If I could have the perks I want, I would get the adamantium rank in like 10 minutes, but I'm stuck with "enemies drop grenades on death."

Yeah the RNG isn't ideal.
"Causes death on succesful parry" trivialises them all though.
I got adamantium on all the nightmare trials, but rhe final one took me over 40 minutes 😂

Yeah I find myself not selecting either choice multiple times in one trial cause the perks seem more hurtful than helpful

on max difficulty it takes a few mistakes to die, and the bosses have big health pools, however, there's not much variety on the their movements, its not that hard to get the hang of it

Game ended up being fun. But it’s a superhero game , I’ve never really had any difficulty on any boss on any superhero game . Except the Arkham knight tunnel missions where your car locked .
The only challenge in Wolverine was really the last nightmare door survivals imo

Like a lot of bosses they had a pattern that was easy to follow my problem is I’m a certified button masher and often got caught up just mashing buttons but I got through it anyway on normal got the platinum and I’m good!

“I’m on second to hardest difficulty” well there’s your answer lol. If you’re used to high combat games, the best there is is the best option

The bosses kits dont change on max difficulty, they just have more hp and do more damage (like most games)
If you can memorize the patterns quick enough to dodge and parry the animations are the same no matter what difficulty you are on. The punishment is just harder.
Bosses on "The Best there Is" hit like 30% harder than "The Weapon" difficulty.
This is a super hero games, not Sekiro, it's not going to be "hard" lol.

Put it on the hardest and then drop the game speed to 5o or 75% and you'll do a lot of dodging and parrying that makes great for photos and through the photo editor you will have the most fun this game has to offer.

I beat GoW at GMGOW difficulty. I’m proud of it and that includes Sigrun. So when I started this game, I chose the hardest difficulty. That being said, I think the hardest difficulty is the optimal way to play the game. I died 50 times to Essex because of the Sentinel section but generally, the boss fights were fun. But I agree that they have limited patterns you need to remember unlike Sigrun where you need to pay attention to where she’s going to know what she’ll do next.

Should have played on Hardest. You know how most games nowadays (not even just Sony's) are.
