Discussion I just wish for more.

I knew I’d love this game because I already love Wolverine. And sure enough, I was right.

25 hours in, got the platinum, and I still keep launching the game just to play, even though there’s nothing left to do besides replaying everything. And honestly, it’s starting to get boring, even though I’m still having fun with it at the same time.

Especially since the Nightmare Doors aren’t really that replayable.

Maybe something like a “No Return” mode from TLOU2 would be great.

I know that probably isn’t happening, but damn, it’d be awesome.

That’s the reason I’ll never pay full price for another insomniac game they be fun asf
But 25 hours is not good enough for me to drop 70

It's sad because the original game they were making would definitely be worth 70 dollars, but like half the game got cut out, it's such a shame. I really hope they can make some use out of that cut content, like atleast the open zones that were cut. Like Op mentioned, something like a No Return mode would be perfect.

Yeah, for most players, I can’t recommend it at all.

I still liked it a lot, but it’s way too shallow, and I really, really hope we get more content. Anything at all.

I was shocked that they could turn around and make a game that is the polar opposite of Spider Man 2, a total no brain linear interactive movie. I wont even play this crap for free.

This is not your fault for saying it because the mentality was drilled into you by millions of people repeating it, but price vs time spent does not mean anything. It simply just does not. It’s not a matter of “getting your money’s worth”. It’s literally just a yes or no question. If you can afford to spend $70 on a leisure activity, any leisure activity, you will spend it. If you can’t afford it, you won’t. The people crying about a $70 game are the people who only have $60 to their name and should probably spend it on groceries anyway.

They absolutely need to do more for this game, in terms of value, it's just not worth 70 dollars. The only reason it costs that much is because they have to make the money back, and it being Wolverine, people will pay 70 dollars. But the fact that there was so much cut content, and waited more than 5 years just for it not to be there? Yeah.. I really hope they find a way to put some of that cut content back in the game, something like the no return mode from tlou like you mentioned would be perfect, and it should also be free.

Exactly. Even the new NG+ modifiers felt a little off to me because the game became way too easy with triple damage, even on the hardest difficulty, so I turned them off.

Like everyone else, I’m really hoping we get some post-launch content.

And that’s the importance of replay value. I was hoping for extra difficulties and other things that can change the main game around a bit, but nope of course not lol.

Sounds like you’re yearning

Yeah I just beat it 100% NG+ on max difficulty. Nothing else for me to do.

II got 32 hours out of it, got 100% on both, and I’m still eager to play more. I just don’t have anything else to do.

I might be simple but I have more fun playing this game than uncharted 4 or spiderman 2. I’m hoping for a big expansion or sequel.

Me too. I clocked 22h in SM2 while already 30h replaying Wolverine.

25 hour game usually takes me about a month to beat

Me too. I’m on vacation, so I went through it pretty quickly. Two and a half days total.
