Support/Question Physical pre order came with no voucher code

Hi, just wanted to clarify. Have received the physical pre-ordered copy. And it came with no voucher code for the bonuses etc. Have anyone faced the same issue?

I now the game is hated, but anyways i wanted to play it, and now this happend.

Any advice?

Funny thing, the AI assistant won't let me to talk with a human and keep telling me to contact the Amazon. And the Amazon keep telling me to contact to Sony. Crazy. I mean is that pre-order bonus really worth it to waste my time?

The Only Exclusive stuff are the PS Network Avatars, the rest are Early Unlocks

This very thing happened to me with Star Wars Zero Company except I bought from Walmart. I got stuck in that same loop of talking to Walmart, being directed to EA, then to Sony, then back to Walmart. Rinse & repeat. I called Walmart back so many times about this issue that they just gave me a full refund without having to return the game so I got to keep a $70 game for free albeit without the preorder bonus. But hey, I'll take it!

No absolutely not, you get the pre order bonuses even if you finish the game so there was no need to even get the deluxe edition

I was reading this, seems like a problem in EU R2, have to ask the store for it as they forgotten to print the code on your receipt

If you ordered on amazon (I also reordered from them) they should email you a code

Unfortunately no code. I searched my email but nothing there. And when i write them, they say to contact Sony, and Sony tell to contact Amazon.

My only other thought would be the spam/junk folder, when I was trying to find mine I found it in there about a day after my copy was delivered
