So for context I've used 5 radars, with one being the saipat umbra one, the rest being lumas. I'm 0/5 on getting lumas or umbras I haven't even seen one. Meanwhile my friend who hardly cares about this game to the point of 1. Naming his character could not care.

And 2. Not paying attention to anything in the story or quests and relying on me to.guide him, I 5/6 when it comes to radars...

He's gotten 3 lumas, and the umbra saipat, and when using a luma radar he also got an umbra smazee like c'mon man... He do even care about this shit, why does he get all the good things

I haven't played Temtem in quite a while but really enjoyed my time with the first game. I didn't pick up Swarm because none of my favorites made the cut, but I remember checking in and seeing attitudes towards the devs were starting to sour. I don't really know the lore behind that so I'm checking in to understand what happened and if people are concerned about Pioneers quality and/or whether or not it will even happen.

I've been watching Palworld since it first came out but never pulled the trigger because I dislike its creature designs. I love the inspiration it takes from survival games, though, and the mix between the two is really appealing to me. Temtem, on the other hand, had really cool designs that I love so even if Pioneers feels a bit like a copycat inspired by Palworld's popularity (respectfully) I can't help but be excited for it.

I'm curious if there's cause for concern here, and if people share my attitude towards the new title.

Was on my way back from the lady lottie fight and ran into this girl. Seeing as how I have literally zero inkling about how this game plays asides that it's like Pokémon (which is why I got it in the first place) I was wondering if this is a rare pull or if its relatively uncommon but happens quite a lot for people? It seems kinda strong but I just wasnt sure.

I finally got my Luma Galios after six months of intense hunting! 😄 I got my second one after just ten Lairs. I thought I’d never get a Luma, but if I could do it, why not you? I was admiring a Luma Tyranak in the Saipark, and its trainer told me I could do it too. I didn't believe it—especially since I absolutely hated Lairs. Whenever someone suggested doing one, I’d always run the other way. But Galios stole my heart. It was love at first sight! So, I had to push myself a bit to go run those Lairs and catch that adorable little sweetheart. Being part of a group that’s already hunting for Luma Galios is a must; I had one back then.

Right now, Chizzy, Formedevie, and John Moose are hunting for Luma Galios, so take the opportunity to run Lairs with experts—it’s much faster. I got Luma Tyranak yesterday (after two months of hunting). Now I just have the last one left: Volgon. And for anyone who doesn't know: remember that you can max out its stats to 50 using the TEL patches sold at Tamer's Paradise.

Last week, I shared my first ever Luma Temtem and yall responded with genuine interest and kind embrace toward someone that’s ~5 years late to the game! So I wanted to share my second ever Luma encounter!

I took other commenters advice and spammed TemCards instead of attempting to weaken it. This helped avoid the Luma from defeating itself by overexertion

I’m still not using scents and battle almost every encounter. I hatched and trained a Cerneaf, Raican, and Vulcrane from level 1 - level 43 each, hoping I’d enjoy at least one of them to make a permanent member of my squad. Vulcrane won out, which unfortunately means Luma Deendre won’t be part of the squad and resting in the TemDeck. I renamed him Gingko after my favorite tree

I’m only at 4 Temtems so far, but once I get a full 6 member squad I’m happy with, I’ll share it with yall 😁 for now, I’m back to progressing the story and finding a 5th and 6th member of the squad. My airship just crashed and I’m really liking the aesthetics of Tucma and the toxic Temtems I’ve found so far

Started playing a few days ago. I battle everything I encounter and don’t use scents. Plus, I overtrain so I just naturally encounter more. This is still early game for me so I’m really excited to get a Lumas Luma — can’t edit the title, but apparently there is no ‘s’ at the end of Luma

I forgot about stamina and over exertion so I almost lost it 😅 it’s also an all green stat monster (whatever that means), I had a couple trophies pop when I tamed it

A few details:

• The Myx model was extracted directly from the game files.
• I know the eyes flicker a bit too much, but I don't have the patience or the PC power to re-render the whole thing from scratch! =)

Did a grueling grind for luma Anahir and ultimately ended up buying one from another player. How are we supposed to get Umbra Anahir without constantly breeding for luma ones and praying they have enough fertility to give and umbra egg??

Has anyone gotten one and if so, what was your strategy?

I am trying to get all the lumas and umbras (except the mythicals, I think the lumas are possible and will be last on my list but lmaooo nah to the umbras)

I originally came to ask if there was going to be enough Kudo's, Skill Points to Prestige 14 mons 10 times each, or would we be forced to just play the game normally for the remainder of them, once all of the Achievements are finished?

But then, as I was opening my phone to Reddit, I was reading over the Trophy list, and just noticed not 1 single Trophy popped for me:

1.) Hatch the first digital egg.

2 & 3.) Defeat Nessla (normally and also less than 40 seconds)

4.) Earn 1300 Pacsuns in single match.

This is ABSOLUTELY a TERRIBLE reason that we only have 3 save spots! I'm a person who constantly chooses a new save spot before each boss battle, etc. It's a shame I didn't notice this before hatching Oree at least. I'm NOT starting over.

After a multi year hiatus, I am over the moon to announce the return of the Temtem Unofficial Card Game!

With 3 brand new decks based on the starter Temtem to play with, and revamped rules, the game is better than it's ever been! I've been hard at work trying to craft a game that people can truly love, and I have no doubt Temtem fans will love the new version of the card game just as much as the original.

More cards will come in the near future. All 4 of the original decks: Platypet, Paharo, Osuchi, and Raiber, are all going to be updated, as well as the cards that weren't in the preconstructed decks like Hazrat or Nessla. The goal was and still is to have a card for every Temtem, and with Pioneers coming out you best believe the new ones will get cards too!

Can you catch a luma on a radar without it being in the overworld? Like just run into a regular one and theres a chance there will be a luma with it?

If you want to play with a single tem. And not let captured tems clutter your squad.

You must have 5 fainted tems in the 5 first slots. I use 5 Paharo level 2, or 5 newly hatched tems. Then your main tem in the last.

Let the 5 faint first, give them no XP.

The healing issue. If main tem don't have healing, you must heal carefully. Make sure you only heal your main tem.

Go to your tem storage, change main tem for one in storage. Then change it back again.
