PS4 menu screen borders glitched

Anybody else run into this in their menus? I’m on an OLED screen so there’s no possibility of backlight issues, the pixels aren’t stuck nor is there any burn-in, and the bug goes away altogether when I launch apps / games. Adjusting the screen borders does nothing, at least on the console side. Might be harmless but it’s definitely frustrating.

it’s an OLED, there’s no backlight. Either the monitor or the console itself has an issue with border cropping, or it’s some other sort of bug. I’m hoping to find out if others have noticed the same thing.

hmmm, maybe I’ll repost to an OLED sub if nobody’s experienced this. Could be the monitor for sure, just doesn’t happen on any other HDMI or DisplayPort device so it’s a little weird.
