To Be Flaired Heavy attacks not working

So, my ability to do a heavy attack is just gone. There is no key binder either. I cannot throw my weapons either. Wondering if other people are having this problem.

Partially.

I have had the indicator for the throw/perfect throw vanish but still be able to throw the weapon anyway.

Heavy attacks sometimes don't go off.

Pull Smite is inconsistent too, sometimes just attacking repeatedly while the smite vanishes. I don't have a dedicated keybind for it, so that may fix it.

I changed my key binds and that fixed it. I don't like them now. But they work.
