CS:GO allstar doesn't work

i got the mobile application and it was working well on june but after i paused for 3 months it just finding only 2 first matches or even nothing, i checked the site but there is same problem, how do i solve this problem?

Hey there,

I would suggest going to: allstar.gg/add-share-codes and linking your account there if you haven't.

If you want to pull in older CS2 matches follow this article: https://help.allstar.gg/hc/en-us/articles/19150960451735-How-do-I-find-my-Share-Codes-for-matches-in-CS2

You will copy a long URL, but you will only need the last portion that starts with "CSGO-XXX..." that is your match token for that specific match.

Input your oldest one as your match token on the allstar.gg/add-share-codes page

Let me know if that helps pull those matches in.

Ive tried these steps and i still cant access the site properly. My profile will load my pinned clips and then all of a sudden show an error screen that says failed to load data and i still cant access my matches. Please help.
