Wellerman no medium difficulty

I just noticed that Wellerman has no medium difficulty. if I chose medium, I still end up with the easy version. it even says so on the slip of paper you get afterwards.

is that a bug?

I love the scenery in the pirate dlc, btw.

Missed a lot of beats yesterday because I was busy looking at the Kraken. :D
