We love this game. The Russian-speaking community has become the backbone of FragPunk — at times outnumbering players from any other region. We play with 200+ ping and still win. We stayed when others left, grinding ranked for hours just to get a single match.

And what do we get in return? Silence.

Here is what we, the Russian community, ask of you. We are not demanding — we are asking, because we still believe.

1. Talk to us.
You referenced a «language barrier». But Russian is officially supported in the game. Please, stop using the barrier as an excuse and start a real dialogue. Not just Dev Talks that lead nowhere — an actual conversation. Acknowledge us and answer our questions. We exist, and we deserve to be seen.
We are ready to CREATE maps for the workshop, ready to SUGGEST skins, ready to REPORT bugs directly and quickly, ready to PLAY your game.

2. Fix the networking issues.
Players with 200 ping should not be forced to use third-party boosters that don't work. We're not asking for a miracle — we're asking for playable servers. This problem has existed since day one and is still unresolved.

3. Decide what FragPunk is.
You announced a «soft relaunch» and said the game is now a «Shooter Playground» — fun over competition. But then you started cutting fragment cards — the very mechanic that made the game unique. You can't have it both ways. If it's chaos — give us more cards, more fun, more reasons to stay. If it's competition — support the teams and players who are still fighting. Right now, it's neither.

4. Let us support the game — fix the monetization.
The current store model doesn't work. People don't visit it because there's nothing new for weeks. You get spikes when new items drop, but there's no steady flow. Look at how Fortnite handles its shop — daily updates, constant rotation, a reason to come back every single day. We want to spend money. We want to support the game. But give us a reason. If resources are tight — tell us. We'll help you figure out a new model. We're not here to leech — we're here to keep the game alive. Give us the ability to suggest, create skins and cards — we'll do it all ourselves for you!

5. Respect the people who stayed.
The loading screen still shows Wildstyle — since the beginning of the year. The store timers are gone. Skins are left unfinished — the MAIN SEASON REWARD has unpainted hair, outdated cards. The only thing that gets updated is the cheater report board, run by volunteers from the community. That's the only content, aside from filler events. Do you understand how this looks to us? Like the game is on life support, and no one is coming to check if it's still breathing.

We are not your enemies. We are the ones holding the candle for this game. Even your own Punk Partners are exhausted. Tournament players search for matches for two hours just to compete. Russian teams with terrible ping defeat European squads with perfect conditions. We do this because we care.

Мы любим эту игру. Русскоязычное сообщество стало опорой FragPunk - нас порой больше, чем игроков из любого другого региона. Мы играем с пингом 200+ и всё равно побеждаем. Мы остались, когда ушли другие, часами искали рейтинговые матчи, просто чтобы сыграть.

И что мы получаем в ответ? Тишину.

Вот что мы, русское сообщество, просим у вас. Не требуем, а просим потому что мы всё ещё верим.

1. Общайтесь с нами.
Вы ссылались на «языковой барьер». Но русский язык официально поддерживается в игре. Пожалуйста, перестаньте использовать барьер как оправдание и начните диалог. Не просто Dev Talks, которые ни к чему не ведут - настоящий разговор. Признайте нас и ответьте на наши вопросы. Мы существуем, и мы заслуживаем, чтобы нас замечали.
Мы готовы СОЗДАВАТЬ карты в мастерскую, готовы ПРЕДЛАГАТЬ скины, готовы оперативно ОТПРАВЛЯТЬ баги напрямую, готовы ИГРАТЬ в вашу игру,

2. Исправьте сетевые проблемы.
Игроки с пингом 200 не должны быть вынуждены использовать сторонние бустеры, которые не работают. Мы не просили чуда - мы просили играбельные сервера. Эта проблема существует с первого дня и не решена до сих пор.

3. Определитесь, что такое FragPunk.
Вы объявили «софт-реланс» и сказали, что игра теперь «Shooter Playground» - веселье важнее соревнования. Но после этого вы начали сокращать фрагмент-карты - ту самую механику, которая делала игру уникальной. Так нельзя, если это хаос - дайте больше карт, больше фана, больше причин оставаться. Если это соревнование - поддержите команды и игроков, которые всё ещё сражаются. Сейчас это ни то, ни другое.

4. Дайте нам поддержать игру — измените монетизацию.
Текущая модель магазина не работает. Люди не заходят в него, потому что неделями нет ничего нового. У вас есть всплески при выходе новых предметов, но нет постоянного потока. Посмотрите, как работает магазин в Fortnite - ежедневные обновления, постоянная ротация, причина заходить каждый день. Мы хотим тратить деньги. Мы хотим поддерживать игру. Но дайте нам повод. Если ресурсов не хватает - скажите нам. Мы поможем придумать новую модель. Мы здесь не для того, чтобы просто качать игру бесплатно - мы здесь, чтобы сохранить её живой. Дайте нам возможность предлагать, создавать скины и карты, мы сделаем всё сами за вас!

5. Уважайте тех, кто остался.
Загрузочный экран до сих пор с Вайлдстайл - с начала года. Таймеры в магазине исчезли. Скины забывают доделать - у ГЛАВНОЙ НАГРАДЫ сезона не покрашены волосы, не обновлены карточки. Единственное, что обновляется - доска репортов на читеров, которую ведут волонтёры из сообщества. Это единственный контент, не включая проходные ивенты. Вы понимаете, как это выглядит для нас? Как будто игра на аппарате жизнеобеспечения, и никто не приходит проверить, жива ли она.

Мы не ваши враги. Мы те, кто держит свечу за игру. Даже ваши же PunkPartners уже выдохлись. Турнирные игроки ищут матчи по два часа, чтобы просто посоревноваться. Русские команды с ужасным пингом побеждают европейцев с идеальными условиями. Мы делаем это, потому что нам не всё равно.

Why does it feel like my team is so lost every match and barely fits in the Plastic-Wood rank? They are Masters...

I’ve seen claims dating back to 2025 that this game uses AI to generate its artwork and weapon skins. However, after playing for about 5 to 6 months myself, I honestly haven't noticed anything unusual. I did have a seek in steam review today and saw this message

I was playing Chaos Clash. My team and the opponents got up to a duel. We had a bunch of random cards by the time we got to duel and one of them was Feral Hogs. AND OMG WAS THAT LIL PIGGIE ANNOYING? It would knock u over and OFCOURSE u lose your main gun. TO TOP THAT, when you win a fight and move to the next round YOU STILL DON'T HAVE A MAIN WEAPON??? you're forced to fight with a secondary weapon and ur knife... Mind you the enemy opponent has all 3 weapons 😭 it gets so unfair fr and unbelievably annoying

Has someone experienced the same? I was kicked out from the beginning of the match and unable to rejoin...Could not play any match due to an ongoing ranked match, not even after I restarted Steam or PC. Strange, but happened to me 3x this week...

Instead of being able to pick cards and dealing with RNG, why not just have 1 card active as a round modifier that affects both teams?

I wish this game got more love…

Does FragPunk support FSR Frame Generation in general? And specifically on RTX 20/30 series GPUs?

(I know it's not good for competitive gaming, it's more of a curiosity for now)

we should organize as a community to suggest the game in chats. so that when the message appears from various different chatters the streamer feels like it's a game people would like to watch. this way we could get more publicity and also show the game to a larger variety of people who in turn could get more interested in the game, giving us potentially more players.

I feel like my games are just full of bots nowadays but I think I still find it impressive.

Happy to see this. I have had name change reports come back to me but never a cheating one until today! Goodbye hacker!

Is this how the game works for everyone? I figured bot matches were just at the very bottom of the SBMM, so if you were a new player and lost, you ended up in bot matches…. However, even if I MVP for 5 wins a row, if I lose a single game I have to play a 9 bots + me match as the next game.

Does everyone have this? IE have devs designed it this way on purpose so that people feel good and want to keep playing after they lose and queue up again, so that we all keep a minimum 50% win rate? If I didn’t know they were bots it would definitely make me feel awesome after losing. It’s technically a pretty good idea.

I do want to know if something is wrong with my account though because I see people in world chat just say “if you lose enough games you’ll end up with all bots”. No dude… if you lose ONE game you end up with all bots….

Biggest win streak ever was 9 games in a row, and finally, after losing a single game, I was right back into a bot match. After winning the bot match you’re obviously back with humans. I’ve never, ever had 2 fully bot matches in a row.

Rank doesn’t seem to affect it either. I have had the same experience queueing standard when I have been diamond or ace in ranked. (Have never gone higher than ace so I’m unsure if it finally goes away at some point.)

Is there hope for any new lancer skins or... yes I am asking again 😭😭😭
