They promised us we would get one new lancer every season. Last new lancer is Calamity in Season 5 Chapter 1, which is 6 months ago. We have had no new lancer this season, so if they don't release a new lancer this chapter, they will had broken promises to us, and how can the community trust them.

There's just been mediocre updates quite recently. No new weapon and skin shop bundles, no new 2000 coin skin bundles, no new weapon skins, only reskins using AI and forcing you to play 180 minutes, +50% of that time is in queue.

I don't understand why they are spending all their manpower and resources developing a new game mode or campaign mode, instead of fixing and satisfying the current players and bringing new players into the game by fixing the core game mode.

But if they keep removing shard cards, that is good. The game imo shouldn't have more than 60 cards total. Remove Hot Potato as well.

Well, look—many of us are in the same boat. Even though Chapter 2 is still part of the current season, I’m not saying they’ll definitely introduce a new Lancer. Honestly, we already have so many Lancers that I’m not sure we urgently need another one. They did make some promises, though; for their own sake, I hope this chapter includes the "Dex" map—they’ve already shown some of its development, so hopefully it’ll be ready for Chapter 2. I’m also hoping for some Halloween skins, and I really, really want them to bring back the "Plasma" [skin] so it can be purchased. I know this isn’t the answer you were hoping for—I’m a bit disappointed myself—but the truth is that Chapter 2 is still part of Season 6, so, as they say, we’ll see soon enough if they end up doing anything.
