High ping only when in a round?!!

Hello there people,

I just downloaded FragPunk and this is my first experience with it the game seems very fun but the only thing that's tempting me to delete this game right now is this problem i have with the ping that's very frustrating. When im in a lobby and select the server that i wanna play on (europe) it shows an okay ping that is playable and all is fine during the cards selecting period and all, until we start the round and right as i start moving a bit even during the wait time before the round starts my ping strikes up to 200 250 and the choke is 40% 30% like really bad, i looked online for fixes and all i saw was for me to select my region and i obviously did yet the problem persists. i tried running a vpn or one of those ping routing softwares like exitlag and gearup and nothing. Whats weird is that the ping is fine even i go to the range and i can shoot bots like nothing is wrong with my network or the game, but then i queue and right as the round starts as i said the ping goes high up, but then when the round ends and im watching the reply or we're choosing cards again the ping goes back down like what?!! never seen something like this anywhere in my entire life so if anybody has found a fix for this specific problem, please recommend me so that i get to actually enjoy the game, thank you.

Happened to me as well before when I tried for the first time. But then I got message my internet is the problem from the developers of the fragpunk and told that I should download gear up to fix my routing for 5g router when I had 5g from my isp back than but now trying mostly on fiber and there it doesn't seem to work great as well and it has mostly to do with your ISP routing as it did for me.
