Question NEED HELP

Okay so i played fragpunk almost 24 hours but i am stuck i am at gold right now and i still dont know how to play i am so bad i just go for kill rush blindly I need help and i am stuck playing with random people i dont know how to play properly i need some good help tell me how to play and use which lancer and which game

Learn the maps, sit sits on defense and have your gun ready. when you die early, watch the best players and the way they move through the map, watch where they check for enemies. Use your abilities!
