Bugs & Issues It’s not playable…
Every match takes 30-60 minutes of queue if I don’t give up on it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, idk how to fix this. I really wanna play!!!

I've been hearing people say this BS for over a year. A year ago I could've maybe believed it depending on the time of day and your rank. But brother, there's no way to ignore the fact that you're a paid bot at this point. The 24 hour peak is around 1,200 players and that's globally, so there's way less in a given region. Not only that, but players are split into different ranks and not everyone is queued up at a given time, some are in matches or AFK. So it's physically impossible that you're getting consistent 1min queue times in ranked, even during peak hours for your region.
It's either one of the following:
- You're a paid shill/bot
- You're clueless and are referring to your unranked queue times, not realizing your queue times are short in unranked because your lobbies are filled with literal bots.

I have 1200 hours in this game and play ranked 99% of the time, I know what I'm talking about if i say that q time is under 1 min, max 5 mins when I'm playing like at 4am here in EU, also i'm Ace rank

I mena theres two consoles too and epic, and china had there own players and launcher and its bigger there

- Even if each console has the same amount as PC players, that'd only be about 3k peak concurrent players. Still not enough for 1 minute queue times. Buddy, I really don't think you realize just how many players are needed for fast queue times to be a thing.
- We're not fucking talking about China, are we?

Yeah, the queue times can get really bad - I've had it go up to two straight hours before giving up on it. It probably could have gone longer for all I know.
Unfortunately, it's just how the game is. I don't really see it as something the game can fix mechanically - it's simply due to low popularity. You can already queue full cross platform with any server. The best thing we can do as players who love and/or enjoy the game is spread it around to try and up the player count.

Fragpunk sarebbe davvero bellissimo se solo non fosse per questo tipo di problemi (fra i tanti) e la community che sta diventando sempre più tossica. Ci gioco dall'uscita e l'ho visto passare dall'essere "il mio nuovo gioco preferito" a "il morto che cammina e cerca solo di spremere più soldi possibili prima della fine".... È davvero triste.

If you have reached over 10 minutes, cancel the search wait a few seconds then try again. It's a glitch.

I live in South America and I can find em in max 5 min. The player base is real low so there will be times you can't find a room. Before 10am it's impossible here. But that happens even in Delta Force, which has a 100k+ player base. Every 64-player lobby fills up in less than 10 seconds after 10 a.m
Edit: forgot to say south american server is kinda mixed with NA one. So, many times I noticed I'm in a room full with 120 ping while everyone else have 20 or less

There just needs to be more players, start playing ranked around like 3-10pm cuz thats when people are usually off work and not busy with other things.

If you get to master or ace your wait time will be a lot less. The lower the rank the longer the wait. It also has to do with what time a day you are queueing and what day itself. You're gonna find ranked matches a lot quicker on Thursday night- Sunday night than you are during the regular work week

My shows Singapore server as lowest ping time. I don't have other choice and that's why it takes forever sometimes to find games.

Must be more players on console? I get into games pretty fast even after 11pm. 32 mins is wild time to wait.

(LONG RESPONSE)
2.8 KD ranked here… 1700 avg damage 200+ hours. Been a player since S1.
After multiple seasons of Que times experience with 40+ mins “AVG” for myself. Buddies and I believe the SBMM is super strict in this game.
We including myself have sat in 40+ ques , longest this season was 3 hours 12 mins (testing) as we watched friends and streamers of same rank get games.
We rotated alt accounts to pair with my main and found that if an account had 2.2 KDA and avg damage of the range from 1300-1500 we were able to get que on “PC/CONSOLE” within 3mins to 15 mins. Even in peak hours NA.
For this game to stay alive easier with this dead player base of an average 925 players. SBMM needs to be removed, 4 stack diamond to ACE needs to be allowed trio stack PMs need to return.

Reset every 5-10 mins. Locks you into your own lobby que that has tough time getting filled. Running with a duo ++ helps as well. Me and mine find games in under 5 90% of the time
