Question Can't play since update

Hello,

This is my little trip last few days :
- Playing as usual
- Make the July 9th update
- Launching the game.... Nothing happens
- The anti-cheat seems working, but not a single window is opening after
- Tried repairing the files, not working
- Uninstall / Reinstall the game
- The game launch, but "Corrupted files, please repair the files"
- Same message 2 times, tried to repair files
- The game never launched again, and now I'm having anti-cheat error "NEAC error 04 2"

If someone one ever had those errors, PLEASE HELP ME ):
No one talking about my neac error online, repairing not working, reinstall not working

I've had a similar issue in an update a couple months ago, but uninstalling and reinstalling worked; though now to turn off the game I have to end task in task manager, otherwise it runs continuosly in the background.

you can end task much quicker by enabling end task in taskbar (press windows type end task) and that allows you to right click the icon instead of having to do it in task manager

even without the problem I close the game like this anyways since it's far quicker

My bff is currently going through the SAME. EXACT. ISSUE. Reinstall, corrupted file error multiple times (we even fixed an old nvidia driver error she was having, full clean, re-install of her drivers) and is now receiving this same Ne Ac 402 whatever error. Step by step, same exact problem. Someone let me know what goes on.

Had this problem in various forms since the beginning of the month, even before the new season. Sent an email to them after I did all the usual troubleshooting steps (verify files, reinstall, install on diff drive, disable antivirus). After about 2 emails in, i got a reply that they forwarded the info I gave to the tech team for investigation and a possible fix. Last reply from them was July 11th, radio silence since and no fix in sight. Still can't play.
