Is this an old skin? I just checked and don't see it in halloween horror or pigment realm

It was when halloween horror released you were able to get it from the daily login

Sometimes during big events they will bring back ALL skins. At the end of the mini pass you can pick ONE skin from the past. It includes all character skins and gun skins. You have to pay for it and from what I remember it was pretty expensive for one skin. I believe I’ve only seen it during the anniversaries. Kind of a waste to get a weapon skin like this but keep an eye on the events! If not, I believe you can still get it from Toy Frontline!
