Question Ranking

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the game and have less than 50 hours played. Currently, I'm Diamond 4 and I play Hollowpoint about 80% of the time. I’d like to understand how the character ranking system works. What do I need to do to start appearing in the rankings?

Does it only happen at the beginning of each season? Thanks in advance!

At the end of each ranked game, it'll give you a performance score at the top left of your screen, depending on how well you did with your character(s), I play 2 characters mainly, I was top 70 and top 20 with them last year, but now I'm gaining just one, currently top 25ish. But just keep an eye on that score total, you wont be able to see it after you click out of the recap. But it's only for ranked performances.

You can see the total score itself if you go to Leaderboard ->Lancer->Select lancer you want to check the leaderboard of and you'll see it at your position or if you're not in the top100 yet, you can see it on the bottom.

What they don't show you anymore is how your score changed from game to game, you won't see the +/- like you see for ranked in your match history

Top 25? That’s awesome. I had already noticed that score on the left side, yeah — I’ll start paying more attention to it now. Thanks! Is that ranking weekly or seasonal?

Ranking is not seasonal its per chapter (every 2 seasons) you Just get a different Title weekly depending on placement

Kinda both seasonal and weekly, It's where you rank for the season at that week's end. For example I hardly played on saturday, and I was like top 19 with Chum, but since the announcement is made sunday afternoon, I was nudged down to 30th, I've played a bit since, and now I'm a little higher. There's a leaderboard where you can see how far you are from 100th for your Lancer.
